Anita Best, folklorist and singer has combined with fellow Maritimer Pamela Morgan, formerly of Figgy Duff, to create The Colour of Amber, one of the most haunting and beautiful Canadian traditional folk albums ever recorded. In the early style of Figgy Duff (the producers of the album were Figgy Duff'ers Noel Dinn and Gary Furniss), Best and Morgan take traditional material and deliver it in a freshened-up format.
