Each year since the early 1980's, the Summertime Productions Society has staged a concert in Halifax called the Cape Breton Summertime Revue. In a program of singing, instrumentals, and comedy, the revue features regulars plus a changing cast of invited artists. Fiddle fans, for instance, will find some wonderful tracks by Natalie MacMaster and the late, extremely talented Tara Lynne Tousenard. The mixed, eclectic albums are treasure chests waiting to be explored.
