Colcannon is a Celtic-oriented Maritimes group that, in the pub tradition, specializes in the interpretation of music by contemporary songwriters. With excellent voices and a sparkling banjo that adds an almost bluegrass touch to their arrangements, Colcannon works through well-known material such as "Portland Town," "The Leaving of Nancy," and "Silver Sea."
