British Columbia-based Tom Lewis teamed up with old friends William Pint and Felicia Dale from Seattle for an album of sea shanties--Making Waves. This highly entertaining recording consists of a few traditional numbers mixed mainly with songs collected from Rudyard Kipling, Peter Bellamy, and others. Their strong vocals and harmonies are presented with minimal instrumentation on songs like "Rolling Down to Rio," "The Anchor Song," and "Swallow The Anchor."
